How To Gain Weight Without Side Effects? Can I Take Nutrigain Capsules?

Hi XXXXX,From bangalorei am 23 years old, but my weight is below 40 kgs. i want to gain my weight with healthy and no side effects. Please advise my which medicine is best for me to gain weight quickly. I heard about Nutrigain capsules in ayurwin site. is this medicine helpful for me. Thank you for your help in advance. Weight gain can be achieved by taking more protein in diet.You take more cereals like sprouts daily 2 tsf.you can take Gram (chana) one mist daily may improve your weight.
Take green leafy vegetables like spinach more so that you gets vitamins too.
Taking medicine is not the healthy way.

Thanks for choosing HCM,
using medicine or protein powders for weight gain is not a healthy way
when you are able to take food ,then you need not depend on hormones or artificial supplements too

for weight gain take foods rich in proteins
actually a balanced diet which includes sufficent amounts of carbohydrates ,fats,and protiens is required for you to gain weight properly
take food in regular intervals
dont skip meals
sleep well
stay cool,keep yourself mentally and emotionally healthy

some exercises help you gain weight,go and talk to your gym coach
take healthy food and do regular exercise it increases your weight
take egg whites
foods rich in protiens like egg white,soya,cereals ,green vegetables,green leafy vegetables are recommended

you can also go for milk ,cheese,fish etc

remember weight gain is not important,staying fit is important see that you gain weight only till how much you should ,according to your height
calculate your bmi ,on any bmi calclators available on net,if it is 25 then its ideal
if less you can try to gain weight
if more ,its better you try to stay fit

being healthy is more important than looking good
