How To Enlarge Breasts?
hello doctor, am 19 yrs old nd hav a very small sized breast which is not even visible externally and i hav been using enlargement creams since a month but had no favourable results and am very much worried about it. i have neva undergone any treatment or any other medical problem ... plz help me

Breast enlargement can be attained by doing breast / chest muscle exercises regularly. Development of chest muscles would help in increasing breast size. A protein and vitamin diet, sound sleep and psyche along with routine hair care would be helpful.
