Hi. My sister, 32 years old is living in Lahore Pakistan and suffering from Dengue and malaria. Her platlets went down to 50 but the test report two days ago showed improvement in her platlets and they were about 185. She is still suffering from fever which gets intense during night time and get better during the day. We are waiting for typoid test as well which is due in 2 days. Her doctor thinks she is might having typhoid as well and if her fever continues then we can start antobiotic course for her typhoid(even though it's not yet confirm that she has typhoid). I am worried because I had read on the internet that anotibodies should not be given in dengue fever so not sure if we should start treatment of anitbodies now or should wait for her reports to arrive.Thanks
