How do I determine if I have endometriosis?
2 days ago I felt faint/dizzy and ill. Yesterday and today my back and abdomen was in pain. Yesterday I took 1200 mil of IB Profen, and a heating pad- that helped. Today, my back and abdomen hurt even more. I couldn't function. I would say the pain was about the same as when I reached a 4 when I was in labor.

The pain you are experiencing could be related to possible urinary/genital infection or to pre-menstrual syndrome.
So, should run some tests to determine/rule them out:
- urine analysis
- vaginal swab testing
- abdominal/transvaginal ultrasound
