What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain Post Surgery For Endometriosis?
I am having severe pain on my left abdominal area. Ive had a hysterectomy approximately 5 years ago. I have severe endometriosis and have had 5 or 6 post hysterectomy surgery s to remove endometriosis. The pain is really bad. Unusual for pain from endometriosis

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a gynaecologist and plan for an ultrasound scan.
