got friction burn during sex about 7 days ago around 3 days after noticed red spots under head of penis. 4 and 5 days later hurt to touch very painful, pain level about 10 now day 6 seems to be getting better by keepeing area clean and using bactrum on it, pain level from 1 to 10 about a 3 spots are solid red bumps about 5 or 6 near gland of penis
