Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain constipation can occur due to a number of causes like change in dietary habits, sedantary lifestyle, lack of physical work, overuse of laxatives, lack of fibres in diet, stress, side effects of medicines, hormonal problems like Hypothyroidism, diseases like Irritable Bowel Syndrome etc..
As far as Haemorrhoids are concerned they can cause constipation in case if you develop the habit of restraining from going to bowel evacuation in a fear of getting pain..
On the other hand constipated individuals tend to develop haemorrhoids due to over straining during bowel movement to evacuate hard stools..
Blood seems to be due to injury to the haemorrhoids in an attempt to remove the stools..
I would suggest you to consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like Colonoscopy, Barium swallow, blood tests can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
You can be advised to take a high fibre diet..
Take more of green leafy vegetables and fruits..
Take stool softeners like Docusate..
High fibre supplements like Psyllium can be advised..
In case of no relief prescription drugs like Linclotide and lubiprostone can be advised..
For Haemorrhoids you can apply steroid and numbing ointments.
You can do sitz bath that is sitting in warm water tub..
Avoid spicy food..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
