hi I have been told as a small child that I had a hernia its in the upper part of my privet part and I went 2 thee gym and worked out and did some leg lifts with a weight and now im in alot of pain what could I have done to case this and could this be hooked onto the inside of me

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having inguinal hernia and now aggravated due to heavy exercise and lifting heavy weight.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Possibility of having strangulated hernia should be ruled out.
