Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. The symptoms you are describing are apt for anxiety attack. Anxiety attack is not a disorder. It is just a current mental condition. It is like our sadness, fear etc. Don't get overly worried about it, because worrying about anxiety increases anxiety.

You have nothing to worry. Sit and relax. Work hard and engage your self. Once you engage yourself, you learn to ignore anxiety causing triggers. This is part of CBT. I can help you overcoming your problem. Please post a premium question with all the details and I shall guide you effectively. Just don't worry.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
