Hi, doc im 22yrs i weigh 68 kg but 2yrs back i weigh 70 plus i have an infection which is now resistant to antibiotics . I also had an accident which affected me inside my penis. As a result i now have a wound on the mucous membrane inside my penis (around the prostrate gland ) which has refused to heal according to the result and the pains i feel on my neck, shoulder and back coupled with gradual reduction of my body size ( muscle atrophy ) when it started, something like mucous was seen floating on top of my urine. Now it has degenerated to smaller particles which sediment heavily just like salt and small hairs. A vegetarian advised me to change diet and it wil heal. How can i do that cause i m emaciating.
