How to confirm the level nicotine deposit after quit smoking ?

Dear Sir, I smoked cigarett for 20 years. I stopped cigarett smoking for the past 3 years. How to confirm the level nicotine deposit now?

Hi venky,
It is of no use to measure nicotine deposits (which is not possible as far as i know). The fact that you have quit smoking for last 3 years is commendable. You cannot undo the harm already done, but definitely you are doing yourself a favour by not doing further harm.
