hi think i may be pregnant however still getting period stomach is extended growling noises occassional pain lower backache and extreme tiredness will be seven months since had implanon removed and convined i have been caught breasts larger with blue veins prominent but as a mother of two already i really thought i would be feeling kicks by now also had a uti kidney infection three months ago felt odd spasm in belly but nothing definite educated lady wanting to know if i am going crazy ps not a phantom as not planning pregnancy any help please

You have not mentioned whether you have missed your period or not; and if yes, how many days?
The foetal movements are perceived after 18 weeks by multigravida woman. If you have missed your period for that much time, clinical examination by an obstetrician or ultrasonography will confirm the pregnancy.
If your have just missed your period, urine pregnancy test and/or ultrasonography 8-10 days after missed period will confirm the pregnancy. Earlier these tests are not conclusive.
Your symptoms do appear to be due to pregnancy, however, better get it confirmed.
