How To Check The Progress Of Treatment For Epilepsy?

My daughter suffered a attack of epilepsy six monthe ago and i have started treatment from dr Jindal (neurologist)from Jagadhri haryana. Now I want to check the progress of treatment and want to consult a neurologist in Ahmedabad as i am in ahmedabad for the advise.

I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

The best way to evaluate treatment success is the frequency of the seizures, if she has had no more seizures for 6 months and hasn't experienced any side effects from medicine then treatment is considered successful. Treatment must be continued for at least two years before gradual weaning is considered (assuming she doesn't have any more seizures).
