How To Avoid Pregnancy?
Hi. I have started taking cilest as a contraception. I started on Saturday 3rd December and finished on Friday 23rd December. I am now on my week break (on the Wednesday at the moment) but my question is, do I start taking the pill again on Friday or Saturday?
Please help, I am so confused! And I really can't fall pregnant!

Usually you should be starting it on Saturday, but you can start on Friday if you wish. Do not worry, all you need to do is avoid sexual intercourse for a few days (2-3 days). And you can start on Friday or Saturday, whatever you wish.
