How To Avoid A Misscarriage?

Hi i am mamata..29 yrs old..i had 1st miscarriage in 13 weeks and 2nd was ecotopis pregency.now my docter suggest for m2 tone and fgam tablet i am ng for pregency now..is it harmfull to continue on I had D&c 3 times..please suggest how gan i avoid miscarriage this time?
