How Soon Does An HIV Rash Appear On Face?
How soon does an HIV rash appear on your face and how widespread. I had a DNA PCR HIV test 20 days post exposure (unprotected oral/protected insertive anal with a transexual) test was negative. Had a HIV Antibody/Western Blot test 49 days 7 weeks negative result. I have had the rash for two weeks and other symptoms 2 weeks after the encounter. Just wondering if these symptoms have been going on for awhile wouldn't the antibody test have been positive. Maybe the rash is from stress. It looks like acne...it's not red.

PCR and WESTREN BLOT are negative means you are free from HIV.
rash on your face might be due to acne.
rash is not alone the symptom of HIV but there are all other symptoms like repeated episodes of fever, weight loss, diarrhoea etc...which are not present in your case.
rash do not appear so early
