Please go ahead with the progesterone and for no reason discontinue it as it will help sustain the pregnancy if at all there is any risk. Follow up in about 10-14 days (2 weeks time) for a repeat ultrasound to check on the viability of the pregnancy. I wish your daughter loads of luck and hope she gets through this pregnancy in a safe and healthy manner for both your daughter and her child.
Best wishes.
