How Should Fever, Nasal Drip Allergy And Nausea Be Treated?

hello. i am a 56 year old female that has had a chronic post nasal drip, with all the allergy s/s for 3 years. i go monthly to the doctor and get antibiotics, steroids and cough meds with phenergan r/t the nausea. i dont want to take pills forever....cant afford that every month anyway, but i want to stabalize. i have a fever off and on all this 3 year peroid. i go to my GP right now. but i think my needs have exceded her skil. but if i go to a specialist....pulmonary or ENT?

An ENT doctor would be a better option that the pulmonologist. An ENT doctor deals with any diseases of the ear,nose and throat and this would include the sinuses.

Your doctor may consider allergy testing to determine the source of your allergic response.
If it can be identified and your exposure reduced or eliminated , then your post nasal drip may be reduced as well.
