ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, thank you for posting your query on health care magic.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

Looking at your symptoms, mostly the blood coming during q tip cleaning would be due to slight injury over the outer ear canal while cleaning the ear.And the blood clot would have resulted in mild reduced hearing. This blood clot would clear on its own within few days.
Still it would be advisable to consult an ENT specialist doctor for the examination of ear.

Hope this answers your question.Take care.
