Hi & Welcome.

Tylenol (Acetaminophen) is used to treat many conditions such as headache, muscle aches, arthritis, backache, toothaches, colds, and fevers.

The usual recommended dose is 325 mg to 1 g orally every 4 to 6 hours
and the maximum single oral dose is 1 gm with total maximum dose 4 g per 24 hours.

It is a very safe drug when taken as directed, even for people with liver disease. Liver damage can occur if Tylenol is taken in over doses or from regular doses that are taken while drinking alcohol which can be severe.

Hope these answer your query.
