OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,

I would like to know if you have seen any doctor for your condition or self-medicated. If you have taken the medication yourself, please see your health care provider immediately for further management.

It has to be checked if there is any associated reason for the persistent bleeding which should be corrected.

Hormone assays, sonogram of the pelvis and blood tests including coagulation profile are needed. Styptics are of some use to decrease the bleeding.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shanti Vennam, OBGYN
