How Long To Continue Zeniz,citanew,deperrel Tablets For Sleeplessness And Anxiety?

Sir, I felt symptoms of sleeplessness and anxiety in July 9, 2013. I'm using zeniz .25 gm in two doses morning and evening , citanew 10 mg morning and deperrel 50 at night. With these medicines my sleep is normal and I feel no anxiety at all. Are these medicines to take for very long periods or they may discontinued after being normal?

These medications need to be continued for 8-10 months and then discontinued. If the symptoms reappear then the medications need to be taken for 1 more year regularly.
