I was wondering how long taking half of a 2 mg dilaudid would stay in my system for? I might have a urine test in two days for a new job but I have chronic pain and I don t want them to know I m on any kind of meds. I don t want them to think I m Dependant on anuthing . please help!

But we can say that Dilaudid can show up in urine upto 2-3 days after the last dose .
