Hi!pravin chavan,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum,
Finestride is a good tablet for hair loss, but if it hasn't given you good in 6 months then it wont work further. If your hair loss is genetic then hair transplantation is the best option.Qr678 is still new to the market and it needs lot of studies to prove that it is safe.Doctors are still spectacle about the product. Its better to go for some thing which is time tested and that is hair transplantation.I've been doing it since last 12 yrs and have good result.
Take care,
