How Is A Hypoglycemic Patient Treated ?

My fasting blood sugar is 113-116 in the morning. I am 48, weigh 100 pounds and have Hashimoto s. I take Synthroid .75 on odd days and .50 on even days and Cytomel , 5 mg., 1/2 pill daily. I feel lightheaded when sugar is high. I do have Hypoglycemia . Some mornings my sugar is 40.50 and after meals, 1-2 hours will be in the 40 s. Thank you
