General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, does the foreskin revert back after ejaculation or during the height of ejaculation? If yes then you probably do not have Phimosis. If the foreskin takes time to revert back ahead after ejaculation then it is likely to be phimosis and the swelling of glans is also likely to be due to the same. If yes, then you should get it evaluated by a Surgeon and it can be managed with a small operation. Full fledged circumcision might not be required as it is retractable in the flaccid state. Take care and let me know if more advice is required.
