Hi and thank you so much for this query. I am so sorry to hear about retrograde ejaculation and phimosis. Phimosis is not a typical cause of retrograde ejaculation. I honestly doubt is this would make a huge difference on this. I find it difficult to understand why you should have retrograde ejaculation at this age. I will like you to tell me what make s you feel so and what elements led to that diagnosis. The best treatment of phimosis is circumcision and this is what I would advise you to do unless you have reasons to decline it. Thereafter, if it should help with the reported retrograde ejaculation, it would be of added advantage. I hope this addresses your query fully.
