How Do I Control Constant Ear Popping?

Hi, I was ill yesterday with dizziness, so much so, that it was difficult to walk and I laid in bed all day. During the night, I felt my both my ears drain of a watery substance, then this morning my earwax in my right ear was a reddish color, which is odd. I can walk today but my ears are still plugged and popping. I have had allergies all my life and as I've grown older my ears seem to pop all the time just from yawning and no pressure change.
