I had ACL tear around one and half year back. I am a software professional. I don't have a very active life style. My doctor advised me to go for quadricep and hamstring strengthening after rest of few days. I used to goto my office by bus. Though I don't have any serious issue with my knee joint, but I feel uncomfortable some times after a jerk. The balance on the injured knee is less than the normal knee. Is there anyway I can strengthen my injured knee to have a better stability. I don't want surgery to be performed on my knee.
