How Can Stomach Ulcer Be Treated?

I had been to Hyderabad to diagnose in Asian Institute of Gastroenterology.. The results showed that I m suffering from stomach ulcer in small intestine at ileium. My Medicinal treatment is on since 14 days but there is little trace of improvement. All time there is sensation of pain in my stomach, after eating I feel like bowel. Therefore, kindly suggest what measures and food items I should include in my daily routine. What changes has to be brought down for further improvement? Thank you

“As” per your question treatment for peptic ulcers depends on the cause. Treatments can include:

1)Antibiotic medications to kill H. pylori like –[omeprazole 20 mg, amoxicillin 750 mg, tinidazole 500 mg.]for a fortnight

2)Medications that block acid engenderment and promote rejuvenating like pantaprazole

3) Antacids that neutralize stomach acid can be integrated to neutralize acid

4)Medications that forfend the lining of your stomach and diminutive intestine. In some cases, your doctor may prescribe medications called cytoprotective agents that avail forfend the tissues that line your stomach and minute intestine like sucralfate

5)If an ulcer has been detected during endoscopy, your doctor may recommend another endoscopy after your treatment to ascertain your ulcer has rejuvenated.

6)Try to avoid tea, coffee, smoking and alcohol and drugs like NSAID

7 Cut one half of a raw head of cabbage and two carrots into small pieces and put them in a blender to extract the juice. Drink 1/2 cup of this juice before each meal and at bedtime.
