How Can Stomach Bloating With Weight Gain Be Treated?

Hi i have had excissive upper stomch bloating for a long time of late i have gained weight and at times feel and look like i am 7 months pregant, i all so have had a bad case of piles is it my diet it went gluten free for 6 weeks and it helped a little can u shed some light? Cheers Jo
