General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, you need to have ultrasound pelvis and per vaginal examination and work up to rule out fibroids or any other local pathology.

Coagulation profile and blood counts may also be needed to rule out thrombocytopenia or anemia. Using tranexamic acid tables and vitamin K may be needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin,
