premature ejaculation. Now, there can be both medical and psychological causes for premature ejaculation, but in young males, the cause is most often psychological.
Anxiety and stress are the most important causes of premature ejaculation.
Regarding your problem of premature ejaculation, I would advise you not to get too worried about this and try to relax your mind. You can practice
relaxation techniques like deep breathing,
yoga, etc. to decrease your stress levels.
To improve ejaculatory control, you can try practicing certain exercises like Kegel's exercises or techniques like the Masters and Johnson technique. Alternatively, there are medication like
Dapoxetine that are available which can help delay ejaculation time. So, if this problem is very distressing, I would suggest that you consult a doctor for further help and treatment.
