How can one sustain erection. Suggest dry fruits or natural supplements?

Which dry fruits or natural foods are needed for hard erections? Want to sustain erection i am 45 year old healthy person around 108 kg with daibeties and blood pressure . My penies size on erection is 5.5 inch and witdh around 1 inch daimeter but for the last 3 years i started taking medicene for erection and for long prieod and due to that now my penies has srikend and have no erection. Pl. suggest some natural fromula.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are facing problem of Erectile Dysfunction.
You have Diabetes and Hypertension which are known causes of Erectile Dysfunction .
Please get your blood sugar levels tested frequently to check the status of your diabetes.
