hi i want to improve my frame rate in my brain . when some critical problem is faced by me i cant respond it properly.

Different people react to different situations in a different manner.It depends on the natural inbuilt trait of personality so i guess even you are normal according to that.So if you want you can do meditation & yoga to improve concentration and better mental control.It will help.
