How Can Numbness And, Pins And Needles Due To Fibromyalgia Be Treated?

I am a 25 year old female with fibromyalgia. I am experiencing a new symptom, and am wondering if it is due to the fibro or something else. I have been experiencing numbness and pins/needles sensation in both hands and arms for the last few hours. No position makes it better. It s strongest in the last 3 fingers of each hand. I can barely hold anything in my hands without dropping. What s going on with me?
