How Can My 4 Year Old Daughter Be Treated For Thick Crusty Nasal Secretions, Bumps Near Nose And Mouth And Facial Rash ?
Hello and thank you for taking my question. My four and half year old daughter, developed flu like symptoms and thick crusty nasal secretions. A day or so later, Acne-like bumps surfaced near her nose and mouth. Various viruses cause a facial rash, but this seems different. What is your assessment? Thanks, ES - California

hello.. examiantion is required as per for the rashes .. its better if u consult ur doctor.. for the feve n cold u can give he belladona 200 single dose.. its a homeoapthic medicine. n report..

I'm sorry that your dear daughter is down with flu. I appreciate your knowledge that a viral fever could cause a rash , I see this as a likely cause in your daughters case also.This is called an exanthematous rash which follows a viral fever.The acne like bumps could be a secondary skin infection or may be a minor skin change due to irritation around the nose and mouth.
If the temperature goes high, I suggest you to take the child to a pediatrician to treat her symptomatically, hope she is eating well.give her good amount of fluids.
