Hello,

The pulse pressure is usually age related. It is very common in elderly persons and it is caused by the rigidity of blood vessels. Anyway, a possible way to reduce systolic blood pressure, which is high, would be taking an ACEI (lisinopril, etc.) in the morning.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi,

You pulse and blood pressure is within normal but, if you insist, you can take bisoprolol tab once per day.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
