How Can I Improve Liquefication Time?

I would like to know how can I improve my liquefication time. Below is my semen report. Except liquefication time every thing looks good to me. Could you please analyse below results and advise me on how to improve liquefication time?

Volume : 2.5 ml
Liquefaction time : 45 minutes (Reference : 0-30 minutes)
Viscosity : Normal

Reaction: Alkaline
Fructose: Present

Sperm Count : 70 million/ml

Motility
Rapid progressive motility : 60%
Sluggish progressive motility : 20%
Non progressive motility : 10%
No motility : 10%

Normal forms : 60%
Abnormal forms : 40%

Pus cells : 1-2 hpf
Epithelial cells : 1-2

Thanks for writing to HCM

Your semen analysis report suggests infection.This is indicated by presence of pus cells.Liquefaction time is also increased due to infection.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
Other investigation like routine hemoram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
You should consult your doctor.
