How Can I Get Rid Off From Muscle Sprain?
i m having a sharp pain inside scapula of my left shoulder when i cough i also have fever. this pain started 3 months ago it i has been same ever since i consulted orthopedic and family doctor but they said it was muscle sprain...they also removed x-ray....the reports were normal....i m really worried

I do not think fever can be the result of muscle sprain. Presence of pain while coughing is indicative pleuritis and it is suggested to see a physician. In case you reside in TB endemic countries or have family history of tuberculosis there is need for further evaluation.
