How Can High Values In CBC Test Be Corrected?

I had blood work done for my annual physical. My cbc showed high (97.7) mcv, high (33.1) mch, and low ((9.3) mpv. All very close to the recommended ranges, but what are they, and how can I correct? I am female, 61, with family history of high chloresterol, so watch my diet close, and swim 3 days per week, but still total cholesterol 202, hdl (66), ldl (115)HD, ratio 1.74. So, am OK on cbc? Adjusting diet to add protien good, but what about cholesterol managemet? Hate taking 6+ vitamins per day...forget a lot! Thanks for help

hello
there is not much concern about your CBC values, they are near normal only.
your lipid profile is also near normal only.
one thing I would like to suggest you is to go for regular brisk walk for ~40 mins per day at least 5 days a week
thank you
