How Can Fever In Kids Be Cured?

My daughter is 17 months old , she is having fever about 102 degrees , cold , running nose , cough , vomiting , diarrhea and her heart beat is rapidly high
Fast shallow breaths , she is not eating food just eats little, and few sips of water now and then

Hi, Thanks for asking.
In my opinion you should visit the ER as soon as possible. Fast shallow breathing is a danger sign in a young child. She needs to be assessed for dehydration and lower respiratory tract infection.
You may also need some investigations like blood count, CRP, X ray chest, stool report.
