How Can Elevated SGOT Level And Constipation Be Treated?

i am having constipation problem since last two years, also having diabetes in Fasting is 141,3 and taken sgot sgpt test results are sgot 44 and sgpt 35.4, is this really to worry ? or what medicine can i take to reduce my sgot level and constipation problem ?

isolated marginal sgot elevation is of little significance and not a cause for worry and for constipation u need to start change in your dietary habits like increase intake of fiber containing foods, drink plenty of water and some exercise ..also stop drinking alcohol if you consume it,since it causes damage to your liver and if you are obese it's better to lose weight
