Hello,

The best management available at present for sensorineural deafness is hearing aids with cochlear implants being an option in a select few cases. Other pharmacological treatments are debatable and have limited long term benefits.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Syed Tehmid
