How can be frequent nervousness and palpation treated ?

I am 22 years old and female. I am very healthy, i eat healthy food. I exercise almost everyday. I get nervous really easily. I get heart palpation once or twice a day. just one strong heavy beat then it goes back normal. I do not get nervous lately and it still does that. I do not understand. I got EKG test n blood pressure . they were normal. I dont really get it at all. :-/

welcome to healthcaremagic
you are having arrhythmias
many of us have this some times
if it is causing anxiety please get a cardiac check up
holter's 24 hrs recording will help finding any abnormalities that occurs infrequently
emotional stress are known to cause palpitation
don't worry if there is any abnormality you will be alright with treatment
most probably you will not require any treatment

Well my family doesnt have Problem with palpation. Just high blood pressure and heart problem later at 70s. Not at young age. My doc checked my blood pressure it's perfectly fine. So weird and I went to doc and he said there's nothing to worry about and it's probably just anxiety and it's common in women. I was confused why it has been happening for almost one year. I guess it's part of changing when grow up. Heart beats irregular once or twice when I bend down or lay down. I assume that heart adapt when I bend down or something. Not sure but it doesn't happen all the time. Just sometimes.
