I sprained my ankle last friday (6th may). I have had an xray and the A&E Doctor said it was a bad sprain. I just stumbled, it is still very bruised and swollen and doesnt seem to have improved if anything its getting worse. It is painful to bear weight on, feels very stiff. I am using my crutches as much as possible. I also have pins and needles from my toes to about half way up my shin. I have been doing the physio excercises that I was advised to by the A & E docs but with some of the excercises it feels like it needs to pop, this also leads to a very sharp pain which makes me feel nausious. Should I go back to have it looked at again.
