Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The presence of albumin in urine is indicating urinary tract infection (UTI). I'd like to know what the other parameters were found (white blood cells? red blood cells? nitrites? crystals? etc.) If you have the full report, please send to me for a more specific analysis. Next, the UTI is explaining her having a fever. If fever started before medications intake, then, it is not from the meds. She needs prescription antibiotics to start. Give her plenty of fluids. Give cranberry juice with plenty of water to clean urinary pathways.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
