I suffer from excess acid in the mornings which leads to pain on the sides of the stomach and the feeling sort of like moves to the upper back muscle. The only thing that helps is drinking ENO as urine alkinizer before bedtime. The thing is I do not want to rely on this temporal over the counter treatment all the time. I have been to a number of doctors and all they give me is some suspension medications (e.g MYOGEL SUSPENSION) which are not effective. My diet has been the same throughout and I have never had such a problem, it only started 2 months ago. My diet include white bread.eggs, bacon, kelloggs cereal, fish fingers, pizza, burgers. mushroom sauce, pap, rice, potatoes, pumpkin, meat, chicken etc.
