How Can A Spinal Defect Causing Severe Pain Be Treated?

i live in iowa a state that has not passed the use of medical marijuana i was born with a spinal defect that cuases me cronic sever lower back pain and i have been diagnosed with a vianious angienoma in the left side of my brian it cuases me to have insomnia i also suffer from depression and was recently put on prozack (can't spell ) anyway i tried it at a friends house and found that the pain was gone i was able to sleep through the night and i was not depressed i am an honest man and do not make it a habbit of breaking the law, however i was always told marijuana was bad for you but out of all the medications i have tried marijuana worked the best what can i do i don't have money to move and from fear of incarseration don't want to break the law please help i don't have a debt or crdit card or money can you please answer in an email YYYY@YYYY please
