Oh for fck's sake DON'T drink "a ton on water" like Rihana said to do. You don't know how many people I take to the ED (Emergency Department) who OD'd on something stupid, ala: meth, extasy, etc, and thought they would die if they didn't hydrate themselves, over hydrating and then getting water intoxication. You can kill yourself doing that. Yes, drink SOME water, glass or two, but don't start throwing back buckets of water. Oh and stay away from tea. Most of it is caffeinated and the last thing you need right now is another upper. If I was that worried about you I would be monitoring your vitals, your heart sounds, your temperature (don't let it get too high) and if you feel the need to keep drinking make sure there's a small amount of salt in it (gatorade works), but at a pulse of 113... I am not that worried about you. As someone already said, watch some TV and relax. And if you feel too worried or unsafe then goto the ED.
